- Market Data: Symbols, timeframes, and date ranges used for analysis. We do not store exchange API keys on our servers.

- To provide and maintain the platform, including backtesting, optimization, and paper trading services.
- To persist your strategies, configurations, and trading history across sessions.
- To improve platform performance and develop new features.
- To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security audits. Strategy definitions, backtest results, and trading session data are stored locally on the server and are not shared with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Payment Processing: Stripe processes subscription payments and stores your billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Market Data Providers: CCXT (crypto exchanges) and yfinance (stocks/ETFs) for OHLCV data.
- AI Services: Anthropic Claude API for strategy interpretation and AI-assisted analysis.
- Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics providers to understand aggregate usage and improve the platform. These do not receive your strategies or trading data.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Cached market data is retained for performance purposes and may be refreshed periodically.
